Coach’s Tip: Stop over-throwing! If your discs are diving left too early, your gear is likely too "overstable" for your current arm speed. Look for a disc with a high negative Turn (-2 or -3) to get that beautiful, effortless S-curve. Your game (and your shoulder) will thank you!
