After following the link above and logging into your account, click on the desired order and select "request a return". Then, choose the item(s) to be returned and the reason for the return, and submit your request.
We will send you a return label once we have received and accepted your request.
If you do not have a customer account, please make your return request by email instead (email@example.com).
Returned items must be new, unworn, and unused, with the provided label, original packaging, and transaction number. All returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
A $15 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover a portion of the return shipping costs. No other fees will be applied as long as the item is in a resellable condition. Any deviation from the aforementioned instructions may impact the full refund of your order.
Any refunds will be made in the same form as the original payment.
Shipping fees and the surcharge paid for oversized items are non-refundable.
Products sold in sets (including bundles and combos) cannot be refunded individually.
The following items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable:
-Worn, used, damaged or washed products
-Products without the provided tag, original packaging, and hygiene sticker (if applicable)
-Food or supplements
-Customized or club-specific clothing
If you return a swimsuit, it must be new, unworn, unwashed, and still have the tag and hygiene sticker.
To avoid return shipping fees, returns can be made at our associated store in Boucherville.
Refunds will be issued within 7 business days of receiving your package at our distribution center.
To expedite the processing of your request, it is preferable to order the desired item again and simultaneously initiate a refund procedure for the items you wish to exchange. For more information on the refund procedure, please refer to the section above.
Following an email request (firstname.lastname@example.org), we will be pleased to honor a 30-day warranty on your purchases. It is preferable to accompany your initial request with a photo of the damaged product, a photo of the breakage, and a description of the problem. A decision will be made by our team members as to whether we need to reroute your product to our distribution center. If so, a return label will be sent to you free of charge. The item must be returned with the original packaging (ideally) and the transaction number.
If the item cannot be repaired within a reasonable time (less than a week), we will exchange the defective item and ship it to you at no cost. If we are unable to exchange the product, we will offer a refund for the item. If the product can be repaired within a reasonable time (less than a week), we will prioritize this option.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental breakage.
