Following an email request (, we will send you a return label. Items must be returned new, unworn and unused, with the label provided, the original packaging and the transaction number. All returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

An amount of $12 will be withheld from your refund to cover part of the return costs. No other charge will be applied as long as the item is in a condition to be returned to market. Any deviation from the previous instructions could impact the full refund of your order.

Any refund will be made in the same form as the original payment.

Delivery charges and the surcharge paid for oversized items are non-refundable.

Products sold in sets (sets and combos included) cannot be refunded individually.

The following products cannot be refunded or exchanged: gift cards, electronics, liquid products, food or supplement, underwear, swimsuits, swimming caps, socks, compression clothing.

Items purchased on final sale are neither exchangeable nor refundable.

To avoid return shipping costs, the return can be made to our associated boutique in Boucherville.

The refund will be completed within 7 working days of receiving your package at our distribution center.


To speed up the processing of your request, it is preferable to re-order the desired item and simultaneously start a refund procedure for the items you wish to exchange. For more information on the refund procedure, please see the section above.


Following an email request (, it will be our pleasure to honor a 30 day warranty on your purchases. It is best to accompany your initial request with a photo of the damaged product, a photo of the breakage and a description of the problem. A decision will be made by our team members as to whether we should re-route your product to our distribution center. If applicable, a return label will be sent to you, free of charge. The item should be returned with the original packaging (ideally) and the transaction number.

If the merchandise cannot be repaired within a reasonable time (less than a week), we will exchange the defective merchandise and ship it to you free of charge. If we are unable to exchange the product to you, we will offer a refund for the product. If the product can be repaired within a reasonable time (less than a week), we will prioritize this alternative.

This warranty does not cover normal wear, abuse and accidental breakage.
