Disc Golf - Basket Carrying Bags
Transport your target without straining with our bags for portable disc golf baskets
We all know the story: you bought a great folding disc golf basket, you love it, but after just one season of lugging it to the cottage, the park or in the trunk of the tank, the cheap original carrying bag split in two under the weight of the metal. Result ? You find yourself carrying your target with your body, the chains get tangled in your t-shirts, and the metal rods scratch your car paint. Don't panic, we have your back. At Nation Sport, we know that a portable basket is only useful if you can really transport it. That's why we stock ultra-robust replacement carrying bags directly at our Boucherville warehouse, designed to withstand sharp metal corners and rough handling.
The robustness that your metal target deserves
No more thin canvas bags that pierce on the first trip. Our replacement bags are built for the real gamer's life:
-
High density reinforced nylon: Our models use polyester or ballistic nylon (often 600D or higher) which resists tearing from metal bases or chain hooks.
-
Reinforced carrying straps: The handles go all the way around the bag to support the weight from below, preventing the seams from giving out when you throw it over your shoulder.
-
Oversized Zippers: We select sturdy zippers that will not block at the slightest presence of sand or twigs picked up on the ground.

💡 The Coach's Advice
The classic mistake to avoid: When you put your basket in your new bag after a session on wet grass, please do not zip it all the way up if it is not 100% dry. Even if the bag is super durable, confining wet metal and cut grass in an airtight nylon space will create a greenhouse effect. Not only will your basket start to rust, but the inside of the bag will develop a swampy smell that is impossible to get rid of. Leave the bag wide open in your basement or garage for 24 hours to let air circulate before sealing everything.
