Disc golf - Laser rangefinder for discs
Calculate your distances with our digital disc golf rangefinders
We have all already experienced this moment of doubt: The hole sign says 320 feet, but the basket was moved to position B last week, and there's a nasty drop between you and the chains. Do you take out your midrange or your fairway driver ? Trying to guess the distance with the naked eye is the best way to pass the green 40 feet or end up short directly into the swamp. At Nation Sport, we stock real digital rangefinders (rangefinders) designed specifically for the reality of disc golf. No more stressful mental calculations. With just one click, you get the exact distance to the nearest foot, adjusted according to elevation, to choose the right plastic with complete confidence.
High technology at the service of your scorecard
Our electronic rangefinders are not just modified hunting gadgets; They integrate the features demanded by tournament players:
-
Reading in feet or meters: Designed for our sport, they instantly display the distance in the official unit of measurement for local courses, without you having to do any mathematical conversion in your head before launching.
-
Slope compensation (Slope Mode): The box calculates the elevation angle and gives you the "actual distance played". If the basket is on a steep hill, the rangefinder will tell you exactly how many feet the hole plays longer or shorter.
-
Laser Target Lock: Even if there are fir branches or birch leaves between you and the basket, the laser locks onto the metal chains to give you the measurement of the target, not the tree in front.

The Coach's Advice
The classic mistake to avoid: The mistake made by 90% of players who buy a rangefinder for the first time is to use it only to measure the distance between the tee pad and the basket. The real secret of the pros is to use it to map obstacles and plan placement zones (landing zones). If you have an angled hole (dogleg) of 450 feet, do not aim for the hidden basket. Instead, aim for the tree at the corner to know exactly how many feet away it is. If the laser reads 260 feet, you know immediately that you need to throw a smooth placement shot at 80% of your strength instead of wanting to crush your disc to the max and end up out of bounds.
