💡 The Coach's Advice

The classic mistake to avoid: Don't make the mistake of using the same towel to wipe mud off the soles of your walking shoes and to clean the surface of your discs. Microfiber is so effective that it will trap small grains of quartz sand and micro-pebbles in its fibers. If you wipe your collectible plastic (like Star or Champion) with a towel contaminated with garnotte, you will literally sand and micro-scratch your surface. This destroys the aerodynamics of the disc and accelerates its wear (it will become more unstable faster). Always keep a clean side exclusively for your grip hand and the face of the disc!
