💡 Coach's Tip: Adjusting the thigh band The classic mistake with a new jammer is to neglect the positioning of the bottom of the swmsuit. When you put it on, take the time to raise the fabric towards the top of the thigh so that the final elastic fits well on the muscle, just above the knee, without creating a crease.
