💡 Coach's Tip: Aligning the side seam With the square leg cut, the classic mistake that creates friction is poor positioning on the hips. When you put it on, make sure that the vertical side seam is perfectly straight on the side of your thigh, and that the jersey sits high enough on your hips. If it is positioned too low or crooked, the fabric will create horizontal folds on the front of the thigh every time you bend your leg for your kick. These folds collect water and break your slide.
