💡 Coach's Advice: Don't trust your watch, trust your time (or your arms) When you swim in place with the XolloX belt, your smartwatch will go crazy because it doesn't detect any GPS movements or turns. Forget the distance displayed on the dial! Instead, practice time or number of movements. If you want a real cardio session: do blocks of 5 minutes of continuous swimming at moderate intensity, followed by 1 minute of sprinting where you push the elastic to the max. It's the best way to build iron stamina without ever leaving your backyard.
