Training belt for swimmers and triathletes from Xollox. Quebec manufacturing.
The Xollox stationary swimming belt allows you to exercise a large number of muscles simultaneously. It allows you:
- to lower the heart rate while resting.
- lower blood pressure
- to increase the power and efficiency of the heart.
Double lateral attachment to completely release the legs during kicking.
For whom: triathlete and swimmer of any age, regardless of weight or experience: the XoIIox belt is a simple solution to practice swimming at home, in its environment:
- Inground pool
- Above-ground pool
- Training pool.
Note: the "inground pool" version includes a 2-meter extension strap, in order to reach the fence which is further away.
For more resistance, combine the Xollox belt with fins, a board, paddles, pull buoy, frontal snorkel, etc. (see our "Training" section to see the options available).
