Arena Freestyle Breather - Adapter for goggles

In freestyle, swimmers breathe by turning their head sideways to get their mouth out of the water. This movement can produce a lot of splashing. For less experienced swimmers, the reaction to this splash may be to turn the head too far, which can lead to loss of body alignment. But by applying the Freestyle Beather to the goggles, the two sheets will prevent splashing from reaching the nose and mouth; this is because they were designed specifically to create an air sac in the water that promotes deeper, more efficient, and correct breathing. The result? The mouth and nose will be fully protected, thus supporting bilateral breathing, which will become a simple movement even for those who are not very skilled in freestyle.
