The beltless design of these pallets increases the awareness of swimming to improve the technique. The advanced ergonomic design of the Instinct scull pallets helps to teach swimmers the correct hand position with the palm of the hand during the scull.
The convex design of the Instinct scull pallets favours an early take and an early vertical position of the forearm in the scull movement. The Instinct scull pallets are a versatile tool for all four swimming movements and are available in two sizes: Medium & Large.
