Description
The Swim Parachute consists of a comfortable and adjustable nylon belt connected to a durable parachute. With two resistance sizes, red (8 inches in diameter) and navy (12 inches in diameter), the swim parachute offers different levels of resistance for daily training.
Resistance training is proven to build muscle, increase endurance, and increase speeds where results can be felt immediately after parachute removal. The swim parachute is versatile, compatible with all four swimming movements and non-intrusive as it does not interfere with kicks or turns.
