Instructions for use:
While holding the cylindrical part of the plug, insert the earplug into the ear. Push into the ear canal and rotate until it feels secure. As ear shapes vary, there is no designated top or bottom orientation of the earplug.
Once finished swimming, pull the cylindrical part to remove the earplug. Rinse with fresh water and store in the care box.
