Directions for use:
While holding the cylindrical part of the cap, insert the earplugs into the ear. Push in the ear canal and rotate until you feel well in place. Since ear forms vary, there is no designated upper or lower orientation of the ear cap.
After swimming, pull on the cylindrical part to remove the earplug. Rinse with fresh water and keep in the care box.
